To be free one must be quite disciplined. 

It is wonderful to be conscious children.

At age 80, there are associated groups of ’I’s. At every age, I have had them. One just ignores all these whole groups of ‘I’s. Drop. They are trying to displace the pleasantness of World 12. It is just a deceit, as is hurrying. One sees them for what they are.
